ALL PURCHASED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY upon submission of a contact form within 48 hours of the product delivery date and upon receipt of the purchased item by Faith By Faith, LLC.
To return your purchased item for store credit, you must complete a contact form and request a return label. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receiving your returned item, Faith By Faith, LLC will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If the item is in acceptable condition and free from defects or signs of use, we will issue a store credit to the email address provided. All store credits must be used within 90 days of issuance. After 90 days, the store credit will be forfeited and will no longer be available for use.
You can change or cancel your order online only before your order is shipped. Once your item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order with the carrier.
If you need to change your order prior to shipment, we are happy to cancel your order so you can place a new one or receive store credit. Please note that for any order cancellation, we can only provide store credit, as we cannot provide monetary refunds.
Once you request the cancellation of any items in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to process the cancellation. After completing the cancellation, your store credit will be emailed to you. All store credits must be used within 90 days of issuance or the credit will be forfeited and no longer available for use.
